Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
20 crushed Graham Wafers
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup white sugar
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or saskatoons
2/3 cups white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1/2 pint whipping cream or 1 pkg. dessert topping
Place butter, flour, and sugar on cookie sheet. Cook stirring frequently for about 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Spread on bottom of 9x13 inch pan (saving a few crumbs for top). Beat remaining ingredients , except cream, in a large bowl for 10 minutes. Beat cream or prepare topping according to directions and fold into strawberry mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Take out 10 minutes before serving.
